Superstar Mammootty and his son Dulquer Salmaan are popular among their fans for the movies and for their love for cars. This father-son duo probably has one of the largest collection of cars in Malayalam film industry. While Mammootty always looks for technologically advanced cars, Dulquer Salmaan has soft corner for classics. He has many of these classic cars in his garage and one of his favourite is a 2002 model BMW M3 E46. The actor recently released a video where he showcases the same car to the world.
The video has been shared by Dulquer Salmaan on his YouTube channel only. The actor starts the video by saying that many car enthusiasts around the world have been curious about his car collection and that is why he decided to come up with this short video format where he introduces cars in his garage one by one. In this video, he talks about one of his favourite cars in his garage a BMW M3 E46. This car is very special to the actor and he mentions that it is his favourite shape. He feels that the design of the E46 was subtle yet muscular.

The actor mentions that he is extremely protective about this car and from the video, the car looks in mint condition. The actor mentions that he is afraid of even getting a minor scratch on the car. He is so protecitve that he even had nightmares of someone stealing or vandalising this car. The actor mentions that the car is not stock. He has done some modifications to the car. The stock wheels have been replaces with BBS aftermarket alloys. The design of the wheel is going well with the overall look of the car. Other than that, the suspension set up has been upgraded and the exhuast system has been modified too. The actor also mentions that car now gets Recaro bucket seats.
He mentions in the video that the M3 E46 is a car that he loves to drive and often get the tail out. The BMW M3 is a car that is loved by car enthusiasts around the world. The M3 E46 was first introduced in the market back in 2000. It was available with coupe and convertible body styles. The one seen here in the video is the coupe. The car is powered by a 3.2 litre in-line 6 cylinder petrol engine. This engine generates 343 Ps and 365 Nm of peak torque. The power is sent to the rear wheels and the car is mated to a 6-speed manual transmission.
Dulquer Salmaan also shows a glimpse of his Mini mark 1, BMW E34 and also the 2011 SLS AMG in the video. He mentions that he feels the SLS AMG is more of a GT car and is extremely powerful. He uses it often on the road when he is travelling from Chennai to Kochi. He can be heard saying in the video that it is extremely powerful with an exhaust note like no other. It is a car that he would not mess around while on the road. We hope to more cars featured in the future videos. He also mentioned in one of the recent interviews that he has Land Cruiser SUVs from multiple generations and they have all been restored to original condition. The actor is usually spotted in cars like Porsche Panamera, Land Rover Defender 110 and Mercedes-Benz G63 AMG SUV.
